The honest truth about this

The late-night reception was very helpful, and the shared lounge with a microwave and kettle made stay more convenient! ! Cleanliness exceeded my expectations.

Finding a parking spot was an enormous struggle, making my arrival tense. The building's old-fashioned charm might not suit everyone's tastes.

The noise level from the street was unbearable!!! Insulation on the windows was nearly non-existent, making it difficult to sleep!!! the toilet flush in our room was broken !!!

i had a great stay at hostal balmes. the location was perfect, close to everything and easy access to lovely bars and restaurants. the cleanliness and charm of my room really exceeded my expectations!

the shower drain was really slow.
